The Indigenous Peoples’ Artist Collective of Prince Albert Inc. (IPAC) is an organization dedicated to the creation, presentation and dissemination of a diverse range of contemporary Aboriginal arts practices. The organization does not have a permanent, independent work/exhibition space, but partners with other organizations to initiate exhibitions and Aboriginal art programming at the regional, provincial and national levels.

IPAC’s main programming initiatives include two annual festivals, Pitos Waskochepayis and The Two Story Café. Pitos Waskochepayis is a mini Two Spirit/Queer performance and film festival, while The Two Story Café is an interdisciplinary festival featuring music, performance and visual art.
